Je Me Souvien store products: my best to you

Hello, and welcome to the first of several pages of Je Me Souvien store products.

I will begin with the soaps. Future pages will include therapeutic serums, lotions and creams, and hydrotherapy products.

Many of you asked for “the other” products, meaning essential oils, my famous “out of this world” candles, etc. Well, I do not feel comfortable selling essential oils because of their very nature. In inexperienced hands they can be dangerous, and I have no way of knowing whether you’re a novice or an expert. I hope you will understand, it’s a safety issue.

No candles at this point, perhaps in a few months down the road, ok? To those who have never tried our candles, beware! You will positively get hooked! Great candles to complement and enhance the holistic approach to health and beauty. (You should see my bathing room. Yes, I call it my “bathing room” - I take bathing very seriously. With me it’s a ritual that is both art and science!)

My Promise and My Guarantee to You

Good communication is essential in every human relationship, be it between friends, doctor-patient, buyer-seller. I will personally communicate with you before, during and after any purchase you make through this website. Your questions will not receive an impersonal machine-generated response, I promise.

I will never choose quantity over quality. At my Je Me Souvien store I may not carry hundreds of products, but what I do sell is of exquisite quality and effectiveness, I guarantee this.

I do not need nor want ego boosting. Therefore, I shall never call myself a guru. To do so would imply that you are unable to think for yourself. However, I will assist you in deciding on a particular product(s), if and only when you ask for my assistance, I promise.

Please note that many of the products I sell are “made-to-order”. The largest proportion of Je Me Souvien inventory consists of organic products that contain traces of natural preservatives, or no preservatives at all! Therefore, their shelf life is limited. I absolutely will not sell you a product that’s past its prime, I can guarantee that. And because of this, get ready for some good news and some bad news…

Good news first: you can be confident that your product will arrive in its peak of freshness and natural potency, thereby maximizing its benefits to you. The bad news? You may have to wait a few extra days for some product to arrive. However, I will notify you of any delays, I guarantee.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not - no matter what the reason - return the product and get your money back, guaranteed. But may I ask you a favor? Will you please tell me the reason for the return? If I’m not aware of a potential or actual problem, how can I possibly correct it? If it helps you any, I will tell you that after several years and countless products sold, I received one return. Reason given: “Looking for a thicker lotion.”
